Hey everyone – RC here. I wanted to share with you a quick post processing session on an image to show how fast you can take an image from concept to completion. While we aim to give you guys as many tips and tricks as we can – we know that sometimes just checking it out in context can help put it together. In this case, I had a black and white portrait in mind, and show how increases in contrast, clarity, a smidge of the adjustment brush, detail and tinting a black and white (my favorite!) can take that treatment to the next level. You should be able to apply this kind of post to an image in just under 5 minutes (it just takes me 9 minutes to explain it. Ah, details.. 🙂 )
I’d love to see what you guys come up with in your portrait. We’ll start a post over on the Kelby One Facebook Page about this tutorial. If you apply the work to an image – make sure you share it there!
