Hi Thomas, As I noted in the opening, this is found in the cloud-based Lightroom apps. For Lightroom Classic users, you can give it a try if you sync your catalog to the Lightroom cloud, and then look for Recommended Presets in any one of the Lr apps or even in your browser if you go to lightroom.adobe.com (and log in with your Adobe ID).
